ANFA has kicked off winter camp at ANFA complex, Satdobato. ANFA charged Rs 6,000 for 20-day camp. They have provided kits and refreshment after training. ANFA coaches train the players aged from U18 to U16. The camp will end on Poush January 27.

If you have not applied for financial aid, it may not be too late! By applying through the FAFSA or California Dream Act, you may be eligible to receive an enrollment fee waiver. Please visit the SWC Financial Aid website for more information.

Payments in full can be made online on WebAdvisor, on campus, or through U.S. mail. Methods of payment include: Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and ACH. If you are unable to pay fees today, consider applying for a payment plan (see below).

Third-Party payments are flagged in the system and courses are not subject to drops. If you are unsure of your Third-Party Payment status, please check with the appropriate office (i.e. Financial Aid, Veterans, etc.).

    Parking permits are not refundable.

    Southwestern College is not responsible for lost or stolen permits. Replacement of a Parking Permit will be at the full value of the permit.

  • A health fee is collected to cover the cost of student accident insurance and to help fund the operational expenses of the Health Services Center (Ed Code 76355).

    Students may be exempted for the following reasons:

    • Students who depend exclusively upon prayer for healing according to the teaching of a bona fide religious sect, denomination, or organization may petition for exemption from the health fee ( available online at www.swccd.edu).
    • Students who qualify for the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) A to cover enrollment fees.
    • High school students enrolled at the Sweetwater Union High School District taking designated classes at high school sites only.
    • Students attending under an approved apprenticeship training program.

    In May 1989, the students of Southwestern College voted to approve a Student Center Fee for only those students enrolled in credit classes on the Southwestern Campus.

    This fee applies to all students including California College Promise Grant (CCPG) 'B' and 'C', (CCPG 'A' are excluded from this fee).

  • $8 per semester

    Student Activities fee provides scholarships, emergency book loans, calculator rentals, and use of the computer lab in the Student Center, in addition to on/off-campus coupons and discounts. Proceeds from the Student Activities fees are monitored and allocated by the Associated Students Organization to provide leadership opportunities, and sponsor cultural, social, and educational programs for all students. Student Activities sticker and other information is available at the Student Center. For more information, go to the Associated Student Organization (ASO) webpage, or call (619) 482-6568, or stop by the Associated Student Office in the Student Center.

  • Courses may require additional materials fees for a credit or noncredit course, provided such materials are of continuing value to the student outside the classroom and provided that such materials are not solely or exclusively available from the District. Students are encouraged to review course equipment and supply costs with counselors, school deans, and instructors before registration. No science laboratory fee or deposit is required at this time; however, breakage is charged to the student. These are subject to change without notice.   • Checks returned for non-sufficient funds or “Stop Payments” must be paid by MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, cash or money order, and a $25 service charge will be added to the amount of the check. Your enrollment at Southwestern College, as well as your credit, may be affected.
  • Students may obtain copies of any of their own records to which they have legal access for a fee of $1 per page. The first two official Southwestern College transcripts are free. Additional official copies may be obtained for a fee. See the Fee Schedule for Southwestern College Transcripts. Unofficial transcripts may be printed from WebAdvisor at no charge (Ed Code 762223, Policy No. 5030).

Refund Policy

A student will be refunded registration fees for any program changes (withdrawals) made during the first two weeks of instruction for a primary term (Fall and Spring) course, or by the 10 percent point of actual class meeting days. Please check for dates of specific classes on WebAdvisor. For Short Session classes, this may be the first day of class.

  • Mandatory fees to include health, student center, and material fees are also subject to the above policy.
  • A class added after the refund deadline is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are Not Automatic!

Eligible students should request a refund through the Cashiers Office by phone (619) 482-6307 or in person in room S102 at the Cesar Chavez Building. You may also download and complete the Refund Request Form (PDF) and submit as stated on the form. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for receipt of your refund check.

Accounts of students who officially withdraw from class by the refund deadline will be credited (pursuant to Section 58508 of Subchapter 6 of Chapter9 of Division 6, Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations). It is imperative that a current address be on file in Admissions.
